KAB Medway Art Group new project; Tactile Timeline Objects
We (the Kent Association for the Blind Medway Art Group) have been invited by Rochester Cathedral to choose objects for their tactile timeline. So naturally I thought we should go about our 3D research with a 2D approach! We are about to embark on a 5 week print making course at Intra with Xtina Lamb. We’ll be introduced to various print making techniques and I’m sure we’ll create some intriguing prints of our 3D offerings. Michelle Lees, for sale Community Engagement & Interpretation Officer at Rochester Cathedral will be watching our progress. We have our first meeting this Thursday 16th October 10am at Intra. We’ll also be welcoming some new members and Rosie the guide dog to the art group.
